Reservations & Policies

• Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Please call us if you require a later check-in.
• Check-out time is 11 a.m.
• Seating for breakfast is between 8:30 a.m. and 9:15 a.m.
• Two-night minimum stay required from May 1 through September 30.
• We require a deposit of one night to confirm a reservation.

You may cancel reservations up until 21 days prior to your arrival date for a refund of your deposit less a $50.00 cancellation fee per reserved room. If you cancel your reservation or shorten your stay less than 21 days prior to your arrival, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation, unless the room can be re-rented. We do not accept cancellation requests by email or fax. Please contact us via a phone call.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, travelers checks and cash.

• We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.
  
• We are unable to accommodate pets as we have two house cats of our own.
  
• Wildwood Manor is a smoke-free property.
